1. Services Overview
Edulink Global provides education consultancy services to international students seeking to study in Malaysia. Our services include university placement assistance, visa guidance, and arrival support. The scope of services varies depending on the selected package (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
2. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in USD unless otherwise agreed. Basic consultations are free of charge. Standard and Premium packages require payment before service commencement. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and select digital payment methods. Payment plans may be arranged for qualifying applicants.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your visa application is rejected despite proper documentation and our guidance, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% for Standard, up to 70% for Premium packages). No refunds are available once visa approval is obtained. Administrative fees are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information for all applications. You are responsible for meeting document submission deadlines communicated by our team. Any delays or rejections caused by false information or late submissions are not the responsibility of Edulink Global.
5. University Admission
While we facilitate applications and liaise with universities, admission decisions rest solely with the educational institutions. Edulink Global does not guarantee admission to any university. We commit to presenting your application in the best possible manner and providing honest assessments of your eligibility.
6. Visa Processing
Visa approval is subject to the decision of immigration authorities. While we maintain a high success rate (98%), we cannot guarantee visa approval. We will provide all necessary support for reapplication in case of rejection. Visa processing fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing application materials with universities).
8. Communication
By engaging our services, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, and messaging apps (WhatsApp). We will use these channels to provide updates on your application status and important information. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Edulink Global is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: changes in university policies, immigration law changes, natural disasters, or global events affecting travel. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
10. Modifications
Edulink Global reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
By using Edulink Global services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
